Morning Activities
  • Alarm goes off: The starting point of the daily routine; signifies waking up.
  • To wake up: The action of becoming conscious after sleep.
  • To get up: The action of physically rising from the bed.
  • To take / have a shower: Personal hygiene practice involving water.
  • To take / have a bath: Similar to shower but typically involves soaking in water.
  • To put on make-up: The process of applying cosmetic products to the face for enhancement.
  • To shave: Removing facial hair, typically for men.
  • To wash your hair: Cleaning the hair with shampoo and water.
  • To dry your hair: Using a towel or hairdryer to remove moisture from the hair.
  • To iron a shirt: The act of using an iron to remove wrinkles from clothing.
  • To get dressed: The overall process of putting on clothes.
  • To brush your teeth: Performing oral hygiene to clean teeth and gums.
  • To wash your face: Cleaning the face, often as part of a daily skincare routine.
  • To brush your hair: Detangling and styling the hair with a brush.
  • To make the bed: The act of straightening and tidying the bed after waking up.
Breakfast

Housework

Departure Activities
  • To leave the house: The action of exiting the home to begin the day’s activities.
  • To go to work: Transitioning to one's place of employment.
  • To go to school: Transitioning to one’s educational institution.
Transportation
  • To catch the train: To board a train as a mode of transportation.
  • To catch the bus: To board a bus for transportation.
  • To drive: Operating a vehicle to reach a destination.
  • To arrive late: Reaching a destination after the scheduled time.
  • To start work: Beginning one's job duties at the workplace.
