Revised Communication for Support Services
Subject: Apologies for the Delay and a New Opportunity
Hello,
I hope this message finds you well. I want to sincerely apologize for my delayed response. I have been traveling frequently to support a family member who has received a terminal diagnosis. During this challenging time, I regret that I missed many messages.
Given the time that has passed, I understand if you have moved on to other options or programs, and I completely respect that decision. However, if you are still interested in my services, I would like to offer you a special opportunity: half off my "Whole Student" assessment.
This assessment is meant to be low-pressure and noncommittal. It will evaluate various aspects, including:
- Academic skills in math and/or English Language Arts (ELA), including writing
- Executive functioning and processing styles
- Learning preferences
- Developmental milestones and comparisons with peers
- School performance expectations
- Self-help and advocacy skills
- Sensory regulation and emotional wellbeing
- Other relevant areas as needed during the assessment
The assessment typically takes between 2 to 3 hours, depending on the skills we are evaluating and the breaks taken. After the assessment, we can review the results together while your child can relax or play.
If you would like to schedule this assessment, please let me know, and I would be delighted to assist you. Regardless of your decision, I hope your school year is off to a smooth start for both you and your child.
Best regards,
