SLOPE!

verse1

Yo, check it out, we’re talkin’ slope today, \nRise over run, let me show you the way. \nA straight line on the graph, it’s how we define, \nThe relationship that’s linear, so follow the line.

chorus

SLOPE! We climb, we dive, we understand, \nPositive’s up, negatives take a stand. \nFrom the corner of the graph to the edge of the chart, \nFinding slope is the science and the art!

verse2

Start with two points, let’s lay it down, \nCoordinates in hand, time to ace this town. \nSubtract the y’s, subtract the x’s too, \nDivide it right, that’s the slope for you!

bridge

It’s rise over run, a formula so clear, \nWith every step, yeah, we gotta cheer. \nFrom zero to infinity, a path we will find, \nUnderstanding slope, it’ll blow your mind!

chorus

SLOPE! We climb, we dive, we understand, \nPositive’s up, negatives take a stand. \nFrom the corner of the graph to the edge of the chart, \nFinding slope is the science and the art!

outro

So here’s to slope, our passion in sight, \nIn math we trust, let’s keep it tight. \nWith every equation, we rise and we cope, \nTogether in this journey, let’s ride the slope!
