Acronyms and Acronym Definitions
- ACSU: Army Cadet Service Uniform

- Nameplate Placement:
- Males: Centered on the right pocket between the top of the pocket and the top of the button.
- Females: Positioned 1 to 2 inches above the top button, centered horizontally on the right side of the coat (or in a comparable position on the shirt).
- Rank Description Evaluation: When prompted by an inspector to describe a rank, the cadet must describe the specific rank asked by the inspector.
Personal Appearance and Jewelry Standards
- Male Cadets: Earrings are strictly prohibited while in uniform (NO).
- Female Cadets:
- Allowed to wear small silver, gold, or white spherical earrings, or diamonds.
- Size Limitation: Earrings must not exceed 41 inch in diameter.
