Before Starting

If “dj” is written for the letter ճ, it is pronounced “j”

Please read the short descriptions of every study set before practicing in order to understand some key notes

If a term is separated like this “[(term) I (term)]” that means there is more than 1 translation for a definition. The first term is always the most frequently used if you’d just like to practice those.

If a term has “(Russian: ___)” at the end that means that local Armenians usually tend to use the Russian translation for that definition. The Armenian translation is always included as well

There are 5 learning methods - Learn, Practice Test, Spaced Repetition, Matching Game, Flashcards. Personally, the most useful has been Learn

You can adjust the options for each study set. I usually turn off “Written” and “True & False” and turn on “Shuffle terms” on the bottom in order to randomize the order

You can star the terms that you want to focus on in every study set. If you already know some of the terms and do not want to be tested on them, you can star the other terms that you do want to study and turn on “Study starred terms only.” Once you have mastered a term, you can un-star them one by one
