Effect of Globalization: The interaction between different cultures has led to cultural hybridization. Globalization, as noted by Gilroy, allows cultures to reinvent and explore themselves, adopting characteristics from one another (Gilroy, 1993).

Disadvantages:

• Disappearance of cultures
