3. Teres Minor
• Origin: Lateral border of the scapula
• Insertion: Greater tubercle of the humerus
4. Subscapularis
• Origin: Subscapular fossa on the anterior surface of the scapula
• Insertion: Lesser tubercle of the humerus
5. Deltoid (Anterior Head)
• Origin: Lateral third of the clavicle
• Insertion: Deltoid tuberosity of the humerus
6. Deltoid (Middle Fibers)
• Origin: Acromion process of the scapula
• Insertion: Deltoid tuberosity of the humerus
7. Deltoid (Posterior Head)
• Origin: Spine of the scapula
• Insertion: Deltoid tuberosity of the humerus
8. Coracobrachialis
• Origin: Coracoid process of the scapula
• Insertion: Medial surface of the humerus
9. Pectoralis Major
• Origin: Clavicular head from the medial half of the clavicle and the sternocostal head from the sternum and the cartilage of the first six ribs
• Insertion: Lateral lip of the bicipital groove of the humerus
10. Teres Major
• Origin: Inferior angle of the scapula
• Insertion: Medial lip of the bicipital groove of the humerus
11. Latissimus Dorsi
• Origin: Spinous processes of T7-L5, iliac crest, and inferior three or four ribs
• Insertion: Floor of the intertubercular groove of the humerus
12. Serratus Anterior
• Origin: Lateral surfaces of the first eight or nine ribs
• Insertion: Anterior surface of the medial border of the scapula
13. Trapezius (Upper Fibers)
• Origin: Occipital bone and spinous processes of C1-C7
• Insertion: Lateral third of the clavicle
