Temporal Classification: Also known as a chronological classification.

Spatial Classification: Data classified according to geographical location, area or region.
Quantitative Classification: Data classified according to numerical size like frequency, weights, heights, etc.
Textual Presentation of Data: Presented in visual forms, such as tabular, textual, and graphical forms.
Organizing Data: The process of organizing data into logical and sequential order for easier interpretation.
Graphical Data Representation: Contains graphs or charts that portray visual presentation of data using symbols such as lines, dots, bars, or slices.
Tabular Presentation: A systematic arrangement of data in rows and columns concerning the characteristics of data.
Qualitative Classification: Data classified based on qualitative attributes, such as profile, social status, and other qualities.
Chronological Presentation: Data classified according to time, either in ascending or descending order with reference to years, quarters, months, weeks, etc.
Interpretation of Data: Process of breaking up the study into constituent parts based on specific questions in the Statement of the Problem.
Presentation, Analysis, and Interpretation of Data: This answers the question, "So what?" and “What do the results of the study mean?” after data have been presented.
