Lemon Drop

• Glass: Small rocks/shooter; sugar the rim

• Mixing cup: fill $\tfrac14$ with ice

• Build & Shake:

  • $1\ oz$ Vodka (substitutions: Cointreau or Tuaca for “Tuaca Lemon Drop”)

  • $\tfrac12\ oz$ Sweet & Sour (or Simple Syrup)

  • Fresh juice: squeeze $\tfrac12$ lemon

• Shake, strain, serve; garnish with lemon if desired

Variations

• Tuaca Lemon Drop: replace Vodka with Tuaca; proportions remain identical
