Inconsistent argument: not possible for both statements to be true at the same time

Structural question: if both premises happen to be true, do they show the conclusion is probable/certain

Factual question: are both premises true to the best of your knowledge?

Good argument: both premises support the conclusion and are true to the best of your knowledge
