Summary
The natives were very diverse peoples that had a variety of societies and cultures, ranging from nomadic tribes to complex agricultural civilizations. These societies were primarily based on the geography that they were in.
Pueblo People
Pueblo people (translates to people of the village) settled and harvested thing like
Beans
Squash
Maiz
They diverted the river water to their crops and built their homes in he sides of cliffs
Great Plains
Hunter-Gathers, they were unsettled and would wander the plains looking for food.
Chinook People
Chinook people were similar to the pacific coast people except they build plank houses for entire families out of their very abundant lumber.
Pacific Coast Peoples
Developed permanent settlements thanks to the great amount of fish (food) and diverse plant life.
Mississippi River Peoples
They were farmers thank the rich soil found in the region.
Iroquois Peoples
They planted Maiz and lived in long houses made of the great amounts of timber found in the region
