BENCHMARKING REPORT
Page 1: Overview of Corporate Wellness Programs
Awareness and Participation
Out of 403 total respondents:
258 (64%) were aware that their organizations had corporate wellness programs in place.
90% of respondents participated in their organization's corporate wellness program, which contradicts previous research indicating low participation rates.
Impact on Wellness Scores
Employees who were aware of and actively participating in their organization's corporate wellness program (CWP) had higher overall wellness scores compared to those who were unaware or not participating.
The correlation between wellness scores and CWP awareness/participation was weak, implying that other factors may also contribute to employee wellness.
