  1. Who is Moses? What did he do? Why was Moses Important? 

Moses is an Israelite chosen by God to lead the Israelites out of egypt. He led the Israelites out of Egypt and saved them from Pharaoh. He was important because he also gave the Israelites the ten commandments and guided them with the help of God. He was one of the  Patriarchs. 

  1. What was happening in Egypt when Moses was born? 

Pharaoh was oppressing the Israelites and ordered all newborn Israelites to be killed. 

  1. How were the Israelites being oppressed?

They were forced into hard labor and had no freedom under harsh conditions. 

  1. What's one modern day example of oppression?

Modern examples could include forced labor or discrimination, where people's rights and freedom are denied.

He committed murder on a Egyption who was beating a Jew.

He ran away.

The 10 plagues are 10 punishments to convince Pharaoh to free the israelites which God sent to them.

Liberation is the act of setting  someone free from slavery or opression.
