Lesson 2: Command
Mag lunch tayo= Let’s go for lunch
Mag school tayo= let’s go to school

Tayo = we/ us
Lesson 3: Liking/Wanting
Like to do something:
Gusto ko mag football = i want to go play football
Gusto ko mag study= i want to go study
Liking an object or would like something:
Gusto ko ng homework= i like homework
Gusto ko ng water= i would like water
Asking someone if they like something:
Gusto mo ba ng coffee= do you like coffee?
Gusto mo ba ng tubig= would you like some water?
Asking someone if they would like to do something:
Gusto mo ba mag volleyball= do want to go play volleyball?
Gusto mo ba mag lunch= do you want to go for lunch?

ba= word to turn a sentence or word to a question
Lesson 4: Not Liking /Wanting
Ayaw ko ng football= i don't like football
Ayaw ko ng school= i don’t like school
Ayaw ko mag lunch= i dont want to go for lunch
Ayaw mo ba ng korean food= do you not like korean food?
Ayaw mo ba mag shopping= you dont like to go shopping?

Lesson 5: Past tense
Pronouns:
Ako/ko = i/ me
ikaw/ka= you/ your
Siya = he/shee
kayo= you guys
tayo= we/us (inclusive)
kami = we /us (exclusive)
Sila = they their
Nag- shopping ako= i went shopping
Nag- breakfast ako= i had breakfast
Kami is used when talking to someone that is not involved in the action for example: i talking to travis but im talking about what me and villavan did the other day i would say : “nag- book shopping kami” meaning me and villavan and not you went book shopping
Tayo is used when you're talking to someone and they are involved in the action for example: if i'm talking to villavan about how we went book shopping and reminding her that we did i would say “Nag-book shopping tayo” meaning we, you and me when book shopping.
Lesson 6: Instead, Already, Because, But
Lets do this instead:
Mag-lunch na lang tayo= let’s have lunch instead
Mag- homework na lang tayo= let’s do homework instead
I already did this:
Nag-lunch na ako= i already had lunch
Nag- homework na ako= i already did homework
Nag- coffee na kami= we already bought coffee
Because:
Mag- starbucks na lang tayo, dahil gusto ko ng ice americano = let’s go get starbucks instead, because i want to get an inced americano
Mag- pizza tayo, dahil ayaw ko ng burger= lets go get pizza because i don't want burgers.
But:
Mag-snanck tayo, pero nag-ice cream na ako= lets go get a snack, but i already has an ice cream

Lesson 7: Phrases
Ano ba yan? = What’s this about? / What is going on
Magkano yan p’re?= how much is that (with a man)
Magkano yan ‘te?= how much is that (with a women)
Grabe ang mahal (grah- beh- ang- mah- hal)= thats extremely expensive
Hay naku! = that’s unfortunate!
Diyos ko po! = oh my god!
Lesson 8: future tense
You repeat the first two syllables of the word after mag to create a future tense.
- Mag-lu-lunch ako= i will go eat lunch
- Mag-Fu-football kami= we will go play football (exclusive)
- Mag su- school ako = i will go to school
- Mag bi-beer tay= we will go get some beer (inclusive)

Lesson 9: having/ not having
New words:
meron = to have
wala= to not have
-Ng= a link works of nouns and pronouns
To have:
Meron akong coffee= i have coffee
Meron silang tea= they have tea
Meron kaming milk= we have milk
Don’t have:
Wala akong coffee= i don't have coffee
Wala kaming tea= we don't have tea.
Asking if they have something:
Meron ka bang coffee?= do you have coffee?
Meron sila bang iced tea?= did they have coffee?
Gusto ko mag shopping, pero wala akong pera
Wala akong coffee pero mag so shoping ako
Mag co coffee ako dahil gusto ko ng coffee
Wala silang kotse pero mag re rent ako

May coffee ba kayo?= do you guys have coffee?
