Read Receipts

  • When composing an email, open it in a separate window to access additional options.

  • In the Options menu, you can find Read Receipts.

  • Read Receipts allows you to see when someone has read your email.

BCC Field

  • You can activate the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field.

  • Recipients placed in the BCC field will not be visible to other recipients when the email is sent.

  • When replying to all, recipients in the BCC field will not receive the reply; they are hidden from the reply.

Schedule Send

  • Click the arrow next to the Send button to find the Schedule Send feature.

  • This feature enables you to set a future date and time for the email to be sent.

  • Until the scheduled time, the email remains in your outbox.

Signatures

  • Click on Signature and then go to Signatures to see all available signatures.

  • Create a new signature by clicking "New Signature."

  • Enter a message that you frequently include in your emails.

  • Ensure the new signature is not set as the default for Reply or New Message actions.

  • Click Save to store the new signature.

  • You can now easily insert this message as a signature instead of rewriting it each time.
