Physical fitness: (MAMS FB)
Aerobic endurance - ability of the cardiorespiratory system to supply oxygen to muscles so that the whole body can be exercised for a long time
Muscular endurance - ability to repeatedly use muscles over a long period of time
Muscular strength - the maximum force (in KG) that can be generated by a muscle
Speed - distance moved per unit of time/ time taken to cover a set distance
Flexibility - the range of motion possible at a joint
Body composition - amount of fat mass compared to fat free mass in the body
Skilled - related fitness (ABC PR)
Power - the product of result of combining speed and strength
Agility - ability to change direction quickly without losing balance
Reaction time - time taken for a performer to react to a stimulus
Balance - ability to keep your centre of mass over a base of support
Coordination - ability to move two or more body parts at once smoothly and efficiently
