\ Respiratory rate - 12 to 16 breaths per min

pulse - 60 to 100 per min

Temperature - 36.5 to 37.2 degrees

BP - less than 120 systolic and less than 80 diastolic

\ Capillary refill - quick way to detect change in blood flow. Press on nail bed till it turns white and wait for the pink to come back, this should take 3 secs or less.
