Amherst gave them infected blankets w/smallpox (biological warfare is crazy)
Amherst delivers blankets to Pontiac; Pontiac thought they’re being nice, take them, passes them out to his tribe
settlers keep moving west
settlers are making Natives alcoholics
Natives are becoming too dependent on Europeans
missionaries = destroying their way of life
