Course Overview

  • Access the course syllabus; save a copy for reference per term.
  • Course progression: start with simple, reflective work; then move to research-based work and strengthened critical thinking.

  • Do not use AI to draft assignments; may use AI for idea generation or counterarguments only if needed, but not to draft the substance.

  • You won’t need to submit in-class; any video recording format is acceptable as long as I can download or access the file.
  • There is no fixed standard file type you must submit by a specific class; ensure accessibility.

Syllabus Quiz: Interjections

  • Quiz type: multiple choice; 10 questions.
  • Focus: how interjections express feeling or emotions.

Interjections in Writing

  • Interjections are commonly used in fiction to convey emotion.
  • Each interjection example has an expression and a following sentence.
  • Interjections can appear in the middle of a sentence as well.
