Intro

For my version of love and information staged in 2025, I would like to extend Churchill’s original themes of love versus information through exploration of social media and AI, allowing for a fresh perspective on how modern technology influences human relationships and the way we process emotional connections explored through Churchill’s non-linear, surrealist structure. For section four, i wish to change the order so that it flows through like a persons life (focusing on stages and experiences not a singular character), with the later vignettes of Dinner and Ex providing a greater conflict between love and information than the earlier vignettes of piano and savant to reflect the increased rate in which we consume information in the modern age. I would use end on for my stage configuration and use very minimalist set to focus on the acting and deeper meaning behind the vignettes
