The P.A.C.E.R test assesses what component of fitness?
The P.A.C.E.R test assesses cardiovascular endurance, measuring the ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen to the muscles during prolonged physical activity.

Stretching Types:
Static
Static stretching is done standing still
Dynamic
Dynamic stretching is stretching in motion
Heart Rates (HR):
How/where are they taken?
Heart rates can be taken on the carotid artery of the neck or radial artery of the wrist
What do they measure?
Heart rate measures number of times your heart beats in 1 minute
Nutrition:
Essential nutrients: Water, fats, protein, vitamins and minerals, fiber and carbohydrates

Knockout:

3 points are awarded for a bag in the hole

The winner is the first to 21 or over
Volleyball:
Players are never allowed to touch the net
