Latitude:
●Lines of latitude are imaginary circles running east-west, parallel to the Equator.
●The Equator is 0° latitude
●Latitude is measured from 0° to 90° north of the Equator and 0° to 90° south of the Equator, totaling 180° of latitude.

Longitude:
●Lines of longitude, also called meridians, run from the North Pole to the South Pole, dividing the Earth into segments.
●The Prime Meridian (or Greenwich Meridian) is 0° longitude and passes through Greenwich in London.
●Longitude is measured from 0°to 180° east longitude and 0° to 180° and west longitude, totaling 360° of longitude.
