Species

• During the Paleolithic Era at first several species of humans roamed the Earth.

• By the end of the Paleolithic Era only Homo Sapiens remained.

Lifestyle:

• People lived as Hunter Gatherers:

  • Nomadic (migratory) people moving in search of food, water, and shelter.

• People lived in Clans: groups of people working together for survival

Achievements:

• Creation of first stone tools

• Tamed fire

• Oral language

  • Previous language was either non-verbal or undetectable

  • No written languages yet
