It is motivating to know that my writing will improve steadily.

I like teaching at the high school level.  It keeps you feeling young as you simultaneously get wise. It is a career, however, that is not for everyone. You need a lot of patience for it.

Knowing that my writing will improve steadily motivates me.

I like teaching at the high school level. Teaching at this level keeps me feeling young while simultaneously gaining wisdom. However, patience is needed for teaching high schoolers, which is not for everyone.
