State & Federal - What’s the Difference?

The difference between Federal Agencies and State Agencies is:

Federal

It operates at the national level. It’s rules and regulations apply to every state and U.S territory and their authorities are granted by the U.S congress

State

State however is operated at only in the state. It’s rules and regulations are specific to that state and it’s actually comes from the state legislature.
