This simple cup of fenugreek-infused hot water holds so much more than just health benefits, it carries the wisdom of my grandmother, a woman whose beauty and grace shined through every phase of her life. 

Growing up, I watched her start her mornings with this golden drink, always reminding me that nature gives us everything we need to nourish ourselves. She had the most radiant skin and long, luscious hair, even till her last days, and she always credited it to small but powerful habits like this.

Why Fenugreek Water?

Fenugreek seeds (methi) are little powerhouses packed with nutrients, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory properties that support overall health in so many ways:

How I Make It

It’s ridiculously easy:
1⃣ Soak 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds in water overnight (or steep in freshly boiled water for 15-30 minutes).
2⃣ Strain and sip it warm in the morning, on an empty stomach.
3⃣ You can even chew the softened seeds afterward for extra benefits!

I love how calming and grounding this drink feels, perfect for those slow, mindful mornings when I want to be intentional about nourishing my body, mind, and soul. Every sip reminds me of the love, care, and knowledge passed down by my grandmother. 💛
