- Digital: Documents are available as fillable PDFs and can be completed on a computer if the researcher and participant are comfortable.
- Hard Copy: Documents may be printed for manual completion, particularly for participants "in custody" where computer access is restricted.
Re-administration Protocol: Even if a participant has previously completed a measure (such as a PQ - Personality Questionnaire) during a general psychological evaluation, it should be re-administered for research purposes to ensure the data aligns with the specific research time period and aggression metrics.

Automated Notification System: Efforts are being made to establish an email notification system that alerts staff members whenever they are assigned a new participant.
System Status: This is currently a "work in progress" as there have been technical difficulties; the speaker noted they thought it was fixed approximately $5$ times, but it remains buggy.
