  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify anomalies in tests and results, and to troubleshoot technical issues with laboratory equipment.

  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tests and duties concurrently.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team and interact with healthcare professionals, explaining complex laboratory results clearly.

  • Excellent record-keeping abilities to document all tests, analyses, and results accurately and reliably for future reference.

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.

  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols in the laboratory to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
