THOUGHTS- the way u think and  how u perceive things around u

 

IDENTITIY AS A PERSON- ur character or personality

 

FEELINGS OR EMOTIONS- the way u act and behave

 

YOUR IDEAL SELF- the self that u aspire to be

 

YOUR ACTUAL SELF- is the self that has characteristics that u were nurtured or born to have/is who we are, it is how we think, we feel, look, and act.

 

SELF KNOWLEDGE- social interaction that provide insights into how other react to you

 

SELF CONCEPT- awareness of urself

 

 -identification of the ideal self- separate from others

 

-encompasses all the behaviors- actual self that u engaged in to reach the ideal self

 

SELF- his/her thoughts, feelings and actions, experiences, beliefs, values, principles and relationship/person’s life purpose, meaning, and aspirations.

 

Self is defined as cognitive and affective, defined in terms of human characteristics (behavior and thought)

 

PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS- making use of all personal resources (talents, skills, energy and time)

 

Our innate characteristics- talent and experiences

 

EXPERIENCES- includes knowledge and and skills that we acquire in the process of cognitive and practical activities

 

KNOWLEDGE- required for setting goals and defining an action plan to achieve the and risk assessment

 

SKILLS- determine whether real actions are performed in accordance with the plan.

 

  *DETERMINATION- allows you to focus only in achieving a specific goal without being distracted

 

  *SELF-CONFIDENCE- process of personal development. It is manifested in speech, appearance, dressing, gait, and physical condition

 

  *PERSISTENCE- makes u keep moving forward regardless of emerging obstacles-problems,  laziness, bad emotional state, etc.

 

  *MANAGING STRESS- helps combat stress that arises in daily life from the environment and other people

 

  *PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS- help to cope with the problems encountered with a lack of experience.

 

  *CREATIVITY- allows to find extraordinary ways to carry out a specific action that no one has tried to use

 

  *GENERATING IDEAS- helps you achieve goals using new, original, unconventional ideas
