2. Equipping and the maturing of the saints - transitioning believers from infants to witnesses - uniquely important because increased maturity results in the positive correlation of the other two 

3. Impacting and transforming societies using the value system of the Kingdom 

What is discipleship?

1. The ongoing process of progressively becoming like Jesus Christ in thoughts, words, and actions through the transforming power of the HG 

2. A life long journey of spiritual growth transformation and conformity into the character of Christ 

3. The intentional and structured mentoring of believers so that they progressively attain unto spiritual maturity and experience 

4. Building the culture of the kingdom in believers - Titus 3:1-8, Eph 5:1-2

On a broader scale:

• Strategically transforming those who will transform territories and nations (building men)

• The church is the most reliable institution for transforming men

Discipleship can benefit anyone, whether saved or unsaved, however, Bible discipleship is most beneficial to believers who have received the gift of salvation
