The Cadence dashboard serves as a central hub for managing appointments and related tasks.
Users can utilize various tools to book, view, and manage patient appointments.
Appointment Management
Appointment Booking Process:
Navigate to the toolbar and click on ‘Appointments.’
Input detailed information about the patient, which includes:
Patient Name (required)
Sex (required)
Date of Birth (DOB) (required)
Phone Number (required)
Social Security Number (SSD) (minimum required)
After entering the information, the ‘Appointment Desk’ will automatically open to proceed with booking.
Auto Scheduler Feature:
This feature allows for enhanced efficiency in scheduling appointments without manual input for specific times, streamlining the booking process.
Filtering Features
Users can filter appointments based on specific parameters to help locate patient information more quickly.
Filtering by ZIP Code:
This option enables the user to find patient records more effectively based on their geographic location.
