  • The Cadence dashboard serves as a central hub for managing appointments and related tasks.

  • Users can utilize various tools to book, view, and manage patient appointments.

Appointment Management

  • Appointment Booking Process:

    • Navigate to the toolbar and click on ‘Appointments.’

    • Input detailed information about the patient, which includes:

    • Patient Name (required)

    • Sex (required)

    • Date of Birth (DOB) (required)

    • Phone Number (required)

    • Social Security Number (SSD) (minimum required)

    • After entering the information, the ‘Appointment Desk’ will automatically open to proceed with booking.

  • Auto Scheduler Feature:

    • This feature allows for enhanced efficiency in scheduling appointments without manual input for specific times, streamlining the booking process.

Filtering Features

  • Users can filter appointments based on specific parameters to help locate patient information more quickly.

  • Filtering by ZIP Code:

    • This option enables the user to find patient records more effectively based on their geographic location.
