• twenty → twenty-first (21st)

• thirty → thirty-second (32nd)

• fifty → fifty-third (53rd)

  Где используются?

• Даты: the first of September (первое сентября)
  I have a birthday on the 15th of September.

• Этажи: the second floor (второй этаж)

• Результаты, места: He finished second. (Он финишировал вторым.)

Важно! Почти всегда перед порядковым числительным стоит артикль the: the first day, the tenth page.
