Jnana or Dhyana Mudra

  • Also known as the gesture of consciousness and knowledge.
  • Modifies the pranic flow in the fingers.

  • Involves joining the thumb and forefinger to form a circular loop.
  • Redirects energy inwards, calming the mind.
  • Facilitates longer meditation by reducing distractions.
  • Technique:
    • Join the tips of the index finger and thumb.
    • Press them lightly together.
    • Straighten the other three fingers gently.
    • Keep the palms relaxed.
