- Unusual beliefs (e.g., special powers, being watched, receiving secret messages).
- Difficulty concentrating or mixed-up thoughts.
Misconceptions
- People with psychosis are often misunderstood to be dangerous or "crazy".
- In reality, they are more likely to be withdrawn, confused, or frightened.
