National Events & Culture

  • The 56th56^{\text{th}} Grand Chapter Congress (Aug610, 2025Aug\,6\text{--}10,\ 2025, Palm Springs) celebrates 5050 years of women in DSP.
  • GCC includes leadership training, professional workshops, legislative debate, and alumni networking.
  • Long-time members describe GCC as transformative, with some families attending together.

Leadership & Recognition

  • Gracie Campbell (Florida Southern) named 20252025 National Collegian of the Year (COY).
    • COY winners serve on the Board of Directors for two years as the top student leaders.
  • John Watton received the 20252025 Lifetime Achievement Award for decades of alumni and PwC service.

Chapter Operations & Health

  • The Chapter Management Program (CMP) evolved from the 1931 Chapter Efficiency Contest.
  • New CMP focuses on real-time health indicators: timing,  attendance,  and  event frequency\text{timing},\;\text{attendance},\;\text{and}\;\text{event frequency}.
  • Allows HQ to provide support earlier and strengthen chapter operations.

Brotherhood & Values

  • Four Pillars: Professionalism, Brotherhood, Scholarship, Service.
  • Alumni stories (skydiving stunts at the 19811981 Congress, family GCC traditions) highlight DSP’s bonds.

Diversity & Milestones

  • 20252025 marks 5050 years of women in DSP (197520251975\text{--}2025).
  • DSP recently installed its 309th309^{\text{th}} chapter: Omega Omicron at University of Illinois Chicago (Feb 20252025).
