• Adds more to the main idea and doesn’t repeat ideas/words

LCMID

• Legislation, Cases, Media, International Instruments, Documents.

• Give a ONE SENTENCE summary of this example (that LCMID means only its most important details, those which are relevant to your argument).

• Could be a quote or paraphrase, but needs to include the name of the example

• There are only 1-2 sentences. The LCMID is specifically named.

Analysis

• State what you learn from this example, and how proves your point:

  • Highlight the benefits or problems that arise from this situation.

  • How does it relate to principles of justice (and for whom)?

  • Which CAREBEARS criteria does it pass or fail?
