- Assessment 1 - SAC 1:

- One printed/digital text and one text in audio/audio-visual mode.
- Worth 40 marks.
- Assessment 2 - SAC 2:
- Develop and present a point of view text (options include a speech, video blog, or debate).
- Worth 20 marks.
- End-of-Year Exam:
- Analysis of arguments, language, and visuals for persuasion.
- Worth 20 out of 60 marks for the English study score.
Exam Conditions
- Exam duration: 15 minutes reading, 3 hours writing.
- Must use blue or black pens; paper dictionaries allowed.
- Sections weighted equally.
- Section C focuses on analysis without prior exposure to material.
