Completing the Service

After completing the facial service, remove your gloves and softly let the client know you are finished.

Tell the client to take their time setting up, offered to the system getting off the table and then do the following before leaving the room so they can change:

1. Explain to the client what to do next for example meet you outside in the reception area offer client some water to rehydrate after the service.

2. The client consultation after service includes recommending products and booking their next appointment. Show the client which products you recommend and write them down on a home care instruction sheet for them to keep.

3. Explain that you will also record the products you recommend in their file.

4. Recommend that they reschedule once a month for a facial any other service you believe would benefit them such as a brow wax or lash tint.

5. Ask them what products would they like to take home with them

6. Thanked them for coming and let them know you enjoyed meeting them.
