Feedback for Anna and Labiqa
What the mediator did well: Even they were doing pair mediator, both Anna and Labiqa asked effective open-ended questions and they were connected.

Something you learned by watching this:*By doing as pair-mediator, one mediator could get a hint for next open-ended question which is really effective. Also, two sets of eyes and ears capture nuances that solo mediators might miss. One might pick up on emotional underscores while the other notices cultural communication patterns. I feel that this could lead to more comprehensive understanding of the conflict.
Tips for improvement to share with your classmate.
*This is not a tips but If I were doing pair-mediator, I would decide who will be the lead mediator (like opening statements, primary questioning) and support mediator (note-taking, time management, backup questions) before the session.
General comments, questions or feedback for the mediator:
How did the disputants do?
Both disputants clearly answer to each questions from a mediator. I loved that disputants did not go in depth unless a mediator asked deeper question.

*Question for a prof!!
Is it a good way to establish clear roles (divide role) when we do pair-mediator?
I feel that with pair-mediation, we could establish clear roles: the "Process Mediator" handles logistics (stage transitions, time management, summarizing agreements) while the "Content Mediator" focuses on deep listening and probing questions.
