Palaces
Mycenaean cities were ruled by Kings that lived in Palaces. They usually feature:
Megaron (room with an entrance porch, front room, hearth, and vestibule)
the hearth was a circular stone area where a fire would be lit for cooking and religious purposes
place for the King’s throne
place for feasts and poetry reciting
Colonnades
Shrines
Rooms for official documents
Storerooms (contain food)
Armouries
However there’s not much information because of the very limited evidence that’s salvageable
