Chapter 1 – Introduction to Training & Development

Chapter 3 – Needs Assessment

- Data-gathering methods – observation, surveys, interviews, focus groups/crowdsourcing, documentation, tech-based analytics, historical data.

Chapter 4 – Learning & Transfer of Training
