  • Affirmative tú commands have the same form as the usted form of present indicative

  • Negative tú commands have the same form as the tú in the present subjunctive

affirmative-

ar- a, er- e, ir- e

negative -

ar- es, er- as, ir- as

irregular

decir- di, hacer- haz, ir- ve, poner- pon,

salir- sal, ser- sé, tener- ten, venir- ven

pronoun placement

affirmative: attached to the end of the verb: dímelo todo.

negative: between no and verb: no me lo digas.
