E-Mail Header Fields
To: (Addressee) Field
This field is designated for the entry of the email address of the primary or intended recipient. It is essential that the email address is entered correctly to ensure proper delivery of the message.

The CC field is utilized to include the email addresses of additional recipients to whom the sender wishes to send copies of the message. Recipients in this field are publicly visible to all other recipients, allowing everyone to see who else has received the email.

The BCC field serves to include email addresses of recipients who will receive the message without the knowledge of the other recipients. This means that the addresses entered in the BCC field are invisible to all others receiving the email, providing confidentiality for those recipients.
