✓ Know all the structures of the cell, the organelles and their functions on the cell models and
under the microscope/micrographs
✓ Know the cell cycle (Interphase, Mitosis and Cytokinesis) and be able to identify these stages
under the microscope
✓ Be able to identify all the cells covered in units 1-5 of the lab manual. (These Cells include:
RBC, WBC, squamous cell, cuboidal cell, columnar cell, pseudocolumnar cells, phases of
mitosis, sperm cells)
✓ Be able to identify all the tissues, classes and subclasses, (covered in units 1-5 of the lab manual.
