This can be done by providing acceptable remuneration, holidays,leaves, pensions, good working environment, training, job security, change for promotion etc.

    • Increasing productivity and decrease cost leading to economies of scale.

    • Employees will become more loyal to the Business.

Businesses viewing staff as a cost will only try to minimize it's costs as much as possible.

They might do this by paying as per the national minimum wage,use zero hours contract, neglect giving training etc.

  • This may lead to lower productivity and motivation,staff turnover and absence rate may also be higher.
