Abate

Abridge
- Definition: Shorten a book, movie, speech, or other text without losing its core meaning.
- Elaboration: Abridgement involves the careful process of cutting down a lengthy piece of textual or artistic work. In doing so, the essential message and core significance of the original material are meticulously preserved while the overall length is reduced.
Dissipate
- Definition: To disappear or cause to disappear; to scatter or disperse.
- Elaboration: Dissipation refers to the act of vanishing or breaking apart. It covers both the natural disappearance of something and the external action of causing something to scatter or disperse into nothingness.
Mitigate
- Definition: Make less severe, serious, or painful.
- Elaboration: To mitigate is to act in a way that alleviates the harshness or gravity of a state. It is the process of making a painful or serious condition more manageable and less intense.

Accountable
- Definition: Required or expected to justify actions or decisions; responsible.

Concur
