Composition of photography
Rule of thirds
one of the most impactful and basic composition techniques
3×3 grid, the subject or focus needs to be in one of those “grids” not the middle, it has to be Vertical
Framing
The composition where it involves “choosing what you’ll include” in the image and what you want to leave out, its a way to make the viewers attention focus on the subject and the subject alone
Kind of like emphasis/dominance
Symmetry
the same as the elements of art, symmetery appears through mirroring an imaginary “2 halves” of the picture, creating a proportional and balanced picture that feels neat
Golden Ratio
The golden ratio is approx 1.618 to 1
Has been used for centuries by artists, architects, and musicians
This can be seen naturally in every day life
You simply place the objects in your composition in the “ratio”
