  1. Yes. It gives me a basic understanding of what will be covered, what chapters contain certain information, and I like that it has a section in the preface about developing paralegal skills. I think that this textbook will be very useful to me because it has been awhile since I took criminal justice classes.

  2. Developing paralegal skills and the lists of chapters and what they contain will probably be the best for me. It lists out where to find certain topics, which is good because sometimes I tend to read over stuff and need more clarification on things.

  3. The reason it’s included is because it offers tips on certain things based on what chapter I am reading.

  4. I believe that key terms and summaries will help me the most, because that way I can make sure I have correct definitions and summaries will help me clarify.
