Institutional Leadership and the Management Committee

The leadership structure of Liceo de Cagayan University is anchored by the Management Committee, which consists of the university officials responsible for institutional leadership, overall governance, academic direction, general operations, and strategic management. This body ensures the university remains committed to its mission of Total Human Formation. The Management Committee is chaired by Dr. Rafaelita P. Pelaez, who serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Dr. Alain Marc P. Golez holds the vital role of University President, overseeing the executive functions of the institution.

Executive Administration and Vice Presidential Portfolios

The executive management team is responsible for specialized divisions within the university infrastructure. Dr. Denise O. Orong serves as the Chief Operations Officer, handling the day-to-day functional aspects of the university. Financial oversight is managed by Atty. Leo Paolo L. Perez, CPA, who serves as the Vice President for Finance. The academic core is led by Dr. Rosella O. Ortiz, the Vice President for Academic Affairs. Administrative and legal matters are directed by Atty. David S. Almarez Jr., who serves as the Vice President for Administration and Legal Affairs and also holds the role of Gender and Development Officer.
