Section 7 (d) - Licensure Examinations
Administration of Examinations
Conduct examinations according to Commission rules.
Determine and fix locations and dates for exams.
Utilize various owned facilities for testing.
Examination Schedule
Conduct more than one licensure examination per year.
At least one examination must occur on weekdays if multiple are scheduled.
If only one examination is held annually, it must be on a weekday.
Refresher Course Requirement
Required if an examinee fails three times (unless otherwise stated by law).
Results and Integrity
Approve and release examination results.
Implement measures to ensure examination integrity.
Supervisors and Watchers
Appoint trained supervisors and room watchers from government or private sectors.
Provide reasonable daily allowances for their services.
Publication and Support
Publish lists of successful examinees.
Supply schools and universities with sample questions and syllabi for licensure exams.
Penalties
Impose suspension for examinees violating examination rules.
