Section 7 (d) - Licensure Examinations

  1. Administration of Examinations

    • Conduct examinations according to Commission rules.

    • Determine and fix locations and dates for exams.

    • Utilize various owned facilities for testing.

  2. Examination Schedule

    • Conduct more than one licensure examination per year.

    • At least one examination must occur on weekdays if multiple are scheduled.

    • If only one examination is held annually, it must be on a weekday.

  3. Refresher Course Requirement

    • Required if an examinee fails three times (unless otherwise stated by law).

  4. Results and Integrity

    • Approve and release examination results.

    • Implement measures to ensure examination integrity.

  5. Supervisors and Watchers

    • Appoint trained supervisors and room watchers from government or private sectors.

    • Provide reasonable daily allowances for their services.

  6. Publication and Support

    • Publish lists of successful examinees.

    • Supply schools and universities with sample questions and syllabi for licensure exams.

  7. Penalties

    • Impose suspension for examinees violating examination rules.
